Shellpoint Partners LLC has filed a registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission to launch a non-agency residential mortgage-backed securitization initiative. New Penn Financial, LLC, the firm's mortgage lender, will continue to originate FHA/VA and agency conforming loans while expanding its products to include prime-quality non-agency loans.
